The Residenza San Giovanni is situated in the historical center of San Giovanni Valdarno, in the heart of Tuscany, near from the railway station. This joins easily the little tuscan city with Florenca and Arezzo in just half an hour.
The Residenza is situated in the principal avenue of the city center (Corso Italia) and you can reach a supermarket just walking.
Not far from the Residenza, in the summer the local swimming pool is open, with slides, trampolines and a wall for free climbing.
Behind the structure you can play minigolf and some km away from San Giovanni you can play soccer, beach volley or tennis.
If you want you could relax in a SPA with his thermal water, or with a massage or a sauna.
If you prefere the nature, you can ride a horse in the countryside or try to do a trip with quad.
Every saturday morning in Corso Italia there is the Market where you can also buy typical tuscan products.

We will be glad to host your little pets. The Residenza has private parking free for our guests. Two aparments are disabled accessible and some apartments have air conditioning.
