Reglas BB-Roma

- Quedarse en un bed & breakfast

El B&B en Roma es un apartamento donde estàn 1 o màs habitaciones que pueden ser alquilada a los turistas. Cada turista puede alquilar 1 o màs habitaciones con bano privado o compartido. El desayuno està incluydo (en la habitaciòn, en la sala de estàr o y un bar).
Generalmente no se puede utilizar la cocina.
El cambio de las sabanas y toallas es cada 3-4 dìas.
El turista tiene que pagar el saldo en efectivo (algunos B&B pueden aceptar tarjeta de crèdito). El B&B tiene que dar un recibo.
En el rpecio està todo incluido (luz, gas etc...).
 

- Quedarse en un apartamento

El apartamento para vacaciones en Roma es un apartamento donde estàn 1 o màs habitaciones. Cada turista alquila todo el apartamento, que no està compartido con otras personas aun cuando no estàn utilizada todas las habitacioes. El desayuno no està incluydo (pero algunos dejan todo el necesario en la cocina).
El cambio de las sabanas y toallas es cada 3-4 dìas.
El turista tiene que pagar el saldo en efectivo (algunos B&B pueden aceptar tarjeta de crèdito). El B&B tiene que dar un recibo.
En el rpecio està todo incluido (luz, gas etc...).
 

- Hora de llegada y salida(check in e check out)
El turista tiene que comunicaral properitario la hora de llegada. Sin esta comunicaciòn el proprietario no puede ser responsable de una eventual espera.
La hora de check in y check out pueden ser concordada con el proprietario
ATENCIÒN!
Para las llegadas entre los 21.00 y los 24.00 se podría aplicar un precio adicional de 25 euros -
Para las llegadas despuès de las 24.00 se podría aplicar un precio adicional de 50 euros -
El proprietario del B&B/apartamento puede decidir si aplicar o no este extra cargo
 

- Eventual daños
Eventuales daños en el apartamento tienen que ser indemnizados
 

- Responsabilidad BB-Roma

BB-ROMA.it es una organizaciòn para las reservas y no es responsable de la calidad del servicio recibidos en las estructuras. BB-ROMA es responsable solo de lo que està propuesto en nuestras e-mail.
Para nosotros es muy importante recebir el judicio de las turistas sobre su estancia en uno de nuestros alojamientos.

 

- cancelaciòn de la reserva

En caso de cancelaciòn de la reserva el turista pierde el antìcipo pagado.
